DEADLINES
Early Bird Registration Ends.
Registrations cancelled prior to September 20, 2021, will be refunded less $50 processing fee. No registrations will be refunded on or after September 20, 2021.
General Conference and Sponsor Registration Ends.

Cancellations and Substitutions
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Conference registration payments are final. Paid registrations cancelled by September 20, 2021, will be fully refunded less a $50 processing fee. No registrations will be refunded for cancellations on or after September 20, 2021.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
An organization may replace or substitute an attorney if the original registrant is unable to attend. Substitutions must be emailed to [email protected]. Please include the name, title, email and phone number of both the original registrant and substitute attorney. If the original registrant (law firm) attorney is scheduled to participate in CMCP Corporate Connections, interviews are transferable only if the substitute attorney’s practice area(s) is/are the same practice areas and at the discretion of CMCP.

USE OF YOUR PHOTO / LIKENESS
By registering to participate in the CMCP Conference, you grant the California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP) the right to capture your photograph and/or audio/video during the scheduled event.
You grant CMCP the right to use, copy, distribute, exhibit, broadcast, transmit, perform, publish, and display the photos/videos of you, with or without your name, in any media including print and electronic.
CMCP may use the photos/videos for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, marketing and advertising. CMCP is under no obligation to compensate you, and you agree that CMCP is the exclusive copyright owner in the photographs/videos.
LIMITED ACCESS TO SESSIONS AND EVENTS
Some sessions and events are limited due to capacity, type of registrant/registration, and organization. The agenda indicates access limitations for these sessions.
